MINDFULNESS COACHING

Mindfulness Coaching combines mental sciences and spiritual methods with life coaching methods.

 

We will allow the movement towards change in the support of our lives and in the entry directions for improvement to be rooted in our true essence rather than fear. Decisions are based on fears and conditioning. We will begin to introduce our inner voice from fear-based conditioning through simple and effective meditation methods.

Meditation practices are also included when looking at specific topics with individual sessions. An internationally recognized coaching method will be followed.

 

Sessions take place between 60-90 minutes.
