SESSION OUTLINE
Sessions for employees to support their mental and physical health. This is critical we take care of our mental and emotional well-being as we adjust to new ways of working and living.

We focus on using yoga based movement to release tension from being at our desks all day, mindfulness techniques to help calm, quiet and focus the mind, and breath-work to help release stress and anxiety in our everyday schedules. We focus on a mind body connection:

Yoga sessions are designed to suit the needs of your team, since every workplace and office ‘climate’ is different, so what your team needs is unique.

Sometimes there’s a need for reflection and relaxation, sometimes inspiration and a broadening of perspective, sometimes creativity, and other times, stillness.

The sessions are varied such as Mindfulness&Compassion Sessions, Yin yoga (slow paced yoga) and Hatha yoga (available for beginners).
