Can I eat & drink before classes?

It is usually recommended not to practice yoga on a full stomach. You might drink fluids as much as you need before class. A light meal 1.5-2 hours or a snack 30 mins before yoga practice would make you comfortable but everyone is very unique. Please choose the best way which fits for you. 

Can I join the class while pregnant?

I strongly recommend you to ask your doctor if you have any specific conditions however yoga is usually safe during the second and third trimesters. Please contact me if the classes are suitable for you. 

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in. It is usual practice to remove socks during yoga practice to feel the floor.

What happens if the class I have booked is cancelled ?

If the class is cancelled that you have booked for, you will be notified via e-mail in good time. You will have two options:

1- Transfer to the new class dates

2- Receive 100% refund for the booking
