PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy is such an exciting time for any woman, but one freighted with a sense of the unknown so it’s great to have as many calming techniques at your disposal as possible. I will share techniques to help achieve a kind of calm that will not only serve you in pregnancy but also in motherhood. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or you’ve never set foot on a mat our pregnancy classes are the perfect preparation for labour and a great way of meeting other local mums.
This class is for soon to be mothers safe to carry on until birth. Expect a gentle, nurturing class with yoga postures and breathing techniques to deeply connect with your baby and to bring about relaxation in your mind and body. Practicing throughout your pregnancy keeps you mobile, ease any pregnancy ailments and connect to your changing body.

No prior experience of yoga is needed and all levels & abilities welcome.

If you have a mat, rug or towel you should be ok.

Pillow and Blanket for comfort. Birth ball / exercise ball would be plus.
